Missing Irish schoolgirl Molly Regan found safe and well

AN IRISH schoolgirl who had been missing since she failed to arrive at school on Friday morning has returned home.

Molly Regan, 14, was reported missing after she was last seen at her home in Bedford Street at 8.30am on Friday, November 20 as she left to go to school.

Her father Paul shared the news that Molly had returned home on his Facebook page on Monday afternoon.

He wrote: “Molly Regan is home. Thank you to everyone who helped us in anyway way they could it means a lot so glad to have her home please share so that everyone knows she is safe."

Mr Regan, along with family members, had spent the weekend searching for her and a social media campaign was also launched with the hashtag #findmolly.

West Midlands Police had also launched an appeal to find her.

It is believed that she had attempted to travel out of Coventry with a man aged between 17 and 19.
