Ireland is in for one windy, wet weekend.
Today was a seriously cold day and the temperatures are going to change any time soon.
The winds tomorrow will increase to reach 55 to 60 km/h with the strongest being in the east.
Saturday afternoon will see winds reach 55 to 65 km/h with severe gusts of 90 to 110 km/h, possibly exceeding these limits for a time.
The wind warning, which is status yellow is valid from Saturday at 00:01 until 23:59.
Rainfall wise, heavy rain during Saturday will lead to accumulations of 30 to 50mm with some mountainous areas exceeding these limits.
The rain warning is valid from midnight tonight til Saturday at 23:59.
