A MAN'S body has been discovered at a beach in Co. Down this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Ballyhornan Beach, near Ardglass, at around 1pm.
While police are not currently treating the death as suspicious, they have appealed for witnesses.
Inspector Frances McCullough of the PSNI said: “The death is not being treated as suspicious at this stage ,however officers examining the circumstances would like to hear from anyone who visited the beach this morning and who may have seen a man in or around the water.”
