GARDAÍ have launched an investigation after a man was stabbed in Dublin in the early hours of morning.
The incident happened at around 1.20am in Temple Bar Square.
The man, aged in his 20s, was rushed to hospital following the serious assault.
His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
A man in his 40s has been arrested in relation to the incident.
He is currently being held at Pearse Street Garda Station
