A MAN has died after a tragic incident at popular Irish tourist attraction, Blarney Castle in Co. Cork.
Blarney Castle - famed for kissing its 'Stone of Eloquence, the Blarney Stone - is situated to the north-west of Cork City.
The man, believed to be in his mid 20s, died after 'falling from a height' according to local newspaper, The Evening Echo.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of the incident of the sudden death at approximately 10.30am this morning.
An Garda Síochána have said they are treating the death as a "tragic incident."
