A MAN has died after his car collided with a tree in Lurgan, Co. Armagh in the early hours of this morning.
Michael Ginesi, 34, was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident on the Anneborough Road, which occurred at 2.30am.
No one else was believed to be in the car at the time.
Dolores Kelly, SDLP MLA for Upper Bann, offered her condolences to the young man’s family.
She posted on twitter: “So sorry to learn of the tragic death of Michael Ginesi who has died as a result of a road traffic accident.
"Sincere condolences to his family and friends. May he rest in peace.”
PSNI officers are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the collision and are have appealed for witnesses.
