THE PAIR was in a light aircraft before they crashed in County Offaly.
The pilot of the aircraft along with a young boy believed to be 7 years old are believed to be injured after a crash.
According to The Journal, the aircraft had left Clonbullogue Airfield earlier this afternoon, carrying 16 parachutists who were making the jump from the plane to land.

The crashed aircraft was found approximately 2 kilometres from the Clonbullogue Airfield they had departed from earlier.
