A MAJOR rescue operation is underway as emergency services have rushed to Howth harbour this evening.
Multiple agencies have responded to the incident, including Dublin Fire Brigade, An Garda Síochána, the Howth Coast Guard and the RNLI.

Dublin Fire Brigade have said they are responding to a water rescue incident, and it's believed a car has entered the water with one person in the vehicle.
