THE TAOISEACH has faced criticism following the wrong choice of emoji in wishing the Ireland team all the best in their match against England today.
Leo Varadkar is known for his love of Irish sports and as a representative of the Emerald Isle, wanted to wish the boys in green well in their challenge today.
The Taoiseach, well intending to support the Irish team sent out a heartfelt message, saying 'Come On You Boys In Green' in Twickenham.
The selection of the emoji bearing orange, white and green has enraged many people as the Taoiseach chose the flag of the Ivory Coast.
