IRISH state broadcaster RTÉ has received 1,131 complaints ahead of divisive Katie Hopkins' guest appearance on one of Ireland's prime time talk shows.
The Late Late Show, which airs later tonight, will feature Ms Hopkins discussing Donald Trump's election as President of the United States.
A spokesperson for the broadcaster said Ms Hopkins will be "giving her take" on Trump's victory.
"Donald Trump's victory has been one of the biggest political upsets of our time. Donald Trump himself expressed many controversial views during the campaign and is now President-elect.
Very excited to chat with supporters and snowflakes @RTELateLateShow tonight. Trump won. Cry me a river... pic.twitter.com/ZjoEXTrWvs

"Katie Hopkins is one of his most vocal supporters in the UK. She'll be giving her take on why his message resonated with American voters, and her promise to move to America in the event of a Trump victory."
To date RTÉ has received 1,131 emails critical of Katie Hopkins' appearance on The Late Late Show.
Irish people have taken to Twitter to voice their anger over Ms Hopkins featuring on the programme and have called on others to complain to RTÉ and boycott the broadcast.
Unless Katie Hopkins is coming on the #LateLateShow to say "Sorry, I've got it all terribly wrong" I don't think we need to hear her again.

BOYCOTT THE LATE LATE SHOW ON FRIDAY. DO NOT TUNE IN TO WATCH KATIE HOPKINS. DO NOT WATCH HER. IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO WIN.

We aren't concerned about the effect Katie Hopkins might have on us Twitter folk, but on lesser minds without our gifts. #LateLateShow
