A JAILED actress from Newry who took part in an audacious £3million film tax con plans to make a movie about her experience.
Aoife Madden was one of five people sent to prison in London last week for attempting to benefit from Government VAT and tax credits of up to £3million for a film they never intended to make.
The gang falsely claimed to be making a new £20million Hollywood blockbuster titled A Landscape Of Lies.
Madden, 32, who is a niece of Sinn Féin MP Conor Murphy, was sentenced to four years and eight months after pleading guilty to two counts of conspiracy to cheat the public revenue at Southwark Crown Court.
A friend of the actor has since claimed that Madden intends to make a film about her story upon her release.
