Irishman dies in kite-surfing accident in Thailand

A 41-YEAR-OLD Irishman has died while kite-surfing in Thailand.

It is understood the man had been living in the country for a number of years.

The Department of Foreign Affairs said it is aware of the incident and consular assistance is being provided.

This is a breaking story, more as we get it.
