A young girl has passed away after drowning in a pool while on holiday.
The incident happened on Saturday morning.
The girl was swimming in a pool near Golden Mile in Marbella.
The pool is said to be a part of a private villa where the girl and her family were staying.
A spokesperson for the Department of Foreign Affairs said they are providing consular assistance to the family, according to Independent.
