FAREWELL Ophelia and Brian, hello there sun!
After a diabolical couple of weeks, Mr Blue Sky finally returned to Irish soil today with sunny spells, dry land and reasonable temperatures of 13 and 14 degrees.
According to Met Eireann's recent report, tonight will be dry in most areas, with a chance of a few light showers around the south of the country.
Thankfully, the sun will stick around tomorrow too with few sunny spells mostly hitting the northern counties. Sure it's the least it can do after the madness of the last few weeks.
How do you like them apples?
First storm #Ophelia knocked all the apples. Then flooding from #brian swept them into one corner of the orchard. Never saw the likes of it. pic.twitter.com/DbZvqz3zbJ
