GARDAÍ have called for people to show respect after images of a fatal Dublin collision were shared online.
A woman in her 30s died in the collision at around 11.30am today on the M50 northbound slip road at Junction 5 at Finglas.
The driver of a second car, a male in his 50s, was taken to Connolly Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
A third car and a lorry also sustained minor damage.
While the slip road was closed for a forensic investigation, gardaí repeatedly urged motorists via social media to remain focused on their driving and not to slow down unnecessarily when passing the scene.

In a statement tonight, they said they were aware of images being circulated of the scene and urged people not to share them.
“Investigating Gardaí are aware images taken at the crash site are currently being circulated online and are asking people not to share or circulate the images out of respect to the family of the deceased and those involved in the collision,” they said.
The woman’s body has been removed to Dublin City morgue and gardaí are liaising with the family.
