TRIBUTES have been paid to a young man who died following a tractor incident in Co. Galway.
Joshua Sullivan died after the tractor he was a passenger in was involved in a collision in Oranmore on November 2.
Gardaí were called to the incident on a local road in Ring at around 3.30pm.
The 19-year-old was taken to University Hospital Galway, where he was later pronounced dead.
No-one else was injured in the collision.
Confirming his death, Mr Sullivan’s family said: "It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Joshua Sullivan, of Moneymore in Oranmore."
Tributes have been paid to the young man, who is described as "a very much loved, cherished and valued young man".
"Despite living a short life he packed a lot into it and touched so many lives in a beautifully positive way," Anne Kelly added.
Niamh Kenny said: "He was such a kind, sweet young man and always had the brightest smile on his face."
Mr Sullivan is predeceased by his mother Jackie and grandfather Tom.
He leaves behind his father John, brothers Shane and Jacob and sisters Hannah and Erin.
Funeral mass will take place at 11am on Thursday, November 7, in the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Oranmore.
Burial afterwards in Renville Cemetery.
