TWO men, believed to be a father and son, have been airlifted to hospital following a slurry incident on a Co. Derry farm.
Emergency services attended the scene on the Ballyhanedin Road in Claudy at around 4pm yesterday.
The pair – a man in his 70s and another in his 40s – were airlifted to Altnagelvin Hospital for treatment.
According to the BBC, while both men are stable, one is more critical than the other.
Two accident and emergency vehicles attended, along with an ambulance officer and the air ambulance.
The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service were also in attendance.
A PSNI spokesperson confirmed the Health and Safety Executive had been informed.
