Family's concern over missing teen Kian Byrne in Manchester

THE FAMILY of missing teen Kian Byrne are 'increasingly concerned' over the 17-year-old's whereabouts.

Kian, who lives in Stretford, has not been seen since 5am on Monday September 18, when he left a house on Seedley Street in Moss Side.

He is described as white, around 5ft 6in tall, of a slim build with short blonde hair.

Greater Manchester Police have said Kian normally wears dark coloured trousers and jackets and is believed to be around Canal Street and Chinatown in the City Centre.

Sergeant Adrian Franks of GMP’s City of Manchester Borough, said: “Kian’s family are becoming increasingly concerned that they’ve not had any contact from him.

“We are doing all we can to find Kian, but are asking for the public’s help in locating him.”

If anyone sees Kian, please call police on 101 quoting reference MP/12/0069937, or through the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
