THE EMERGENCY SERVICE took the time to praise two men for their generosity with their time.
The heavy snowfall in Ireland has seen many people reach out and help each other, whether that be people stuck in rural areas, the elderly or the vulnerable people living alone.
The community spirit during difficult times is what's so lovely about living in Ireland, with people more than happy to give you a helping hand even if you don't ask.
Two lads happy to give a helping hand were given a shout-out by the Dublin Fire Brigade Twitter account for helping an ambulance stuck in snow pass.
The appeal to find the two lads read: "Thanks, we didn't get your names but your help getting our ambulance moving in Firhouse last night was brilliant. If anyone knows them"

Luckily, one follower of the account was able to identify and name them.
