People have condemned the actions of one driver in Dublin 15.
One driver has smashed a level crossing, put down to protect cars from when a train is going across the road.
Iarnród Éireann, the Irish rail operator said the driver crashed through the level crossing at Porterstown, stopping the train from reaching stops such as Maynooth, M3 Parkway and other services including Longford and Sligo.
The transport provider tweeted: "Criminal reckless damage caused to Porterstown Level Crossing by motorist, causing major delays to Maynooth, M3 Parkway, Longford/Sligo services. Crews en route to repair and control crossing. Gardai alerted to pursue culprit."

Followers of the account expressed anger at the driver's actions.
Unless the vehicle or driver had an issue that cause the vehicle to accelerate I hope they will be pursued, prosecuted and made pay. Hundreds of people messed about because of one incident. #IrishRail #LevelCrossingDamage
