CORK MODEL Alanna Pittorino has become only the second Irish woman to feature on the cover of Playboy magazine.
The 29-year-old is set grace the front of the New Zealand edition of the publication.
Pittorino will feature as the cover star of September’s issue.
She is follows in the footsteps of former Miss World turned nutritionist Rosanna Davison.
Davison featured on the cover of both the German and American versions of the magazine in 2012 and 2013 respectively.
A mother-of-one from Co Cork, Pittorino also runs a personal training, coaching and nutrition business.
Speaking to the Irish Mirror, she described her appearance on the cover of Playboy as “a dream”.
It all stemmed from a photoshoot she conducted back in March, prior to lockdown.
After the shoot, the photographer involved got her in touch with an agent who, in turn, contacted Playboy.
Pittorino is hoping to put her newfound fame and platform to good use.
Over the next few months, she will be working to shine a light mental health issues in society and the various services available to those in need of sport.
She will also be campaigning against the use of health and nutrition products that exploit animals.
Pittorino boasts a strong presence on social media with 12,600 followers on Instagram.
She also runs an OnlyFans account, where she regularly shares pictures and videos with followers paying a monthly subscription fee.
