THE OWNER of a €1million winning EuroMillions lottery ticket sold in Ireland has just one week left to claim their prize.
The Quick Pick ticket was sold at Eason in Wilton Shopping Centre in Cork City on February 23, the day of the draw.
The prize was one of 25 guaranteed €1million EuroMillionaire prizes across Europe that day, and was the only one in Ireland.
However the mystery winner must claim their prize by next Thursday, May 24, or lose out on the life-changing sum.

Ireland’s National Lottery Chief Executive, Dermot Griffin, has urged players to check their old tickets.
He said: “We are urging all of our players to cast their mind back to Friday, February 23 because there is a life-changing €1million EuroMillions prize still waiting to be claimed.
“I am calling on all of all of our players to double-check their homes, pockets, handbags and cars for a EuroMillions ticket which could be worth an incredible €1million.”
The winning ticket has the unique raffle code I-DKB-06633.
