IT APPEARS a true Christmas miracle has happened - Liam and Noel Gallagher have called a truce on their long-running feud.
The brothers - whose parents hail from Co Mayo - had a turbulent relationship in the 1990s and 2000s during their time in Oasis.
The band eventually split in 2009 in Paris with Noel announcing his departure 'with great sadness and relief,' saying he could not go on working with Liam 'a day longer.'
While they have gone on to have their own musical careers in the subsequent years, but the brothers have been swapping barbed comments since.
However, the animosity between the brothers appears to have ended as Liam took to Twitter last night to wish Noel [NG] a happy Christmas.
I wanna say Happy Xmas to team NG it's been a great year thanks for everything looking forward to seeing you tmorrow AS YOU WERE LG x

Further explaining to shocked fans who queried whether the feud was over, Liam said Noel had 'reached out' and they were 'all good now.'

Could this mean an Oasis might be on the cards? We'll have to wait and see.
