A 13-YEAR-OLD BOY charged with the murder of schoolgirl Anastasia Kriegel in Co. Kildare is set to be granted bail.
Ana, 14, was found murdered at a disused farmhouse in Lucan on May 14 - three days after she had been reported missing.
RTÉ News reports that the accused, who cannot be named due to his age, has now been remanded in custody "with consent to bail" after yet another court appearance in Dublin.
The boy was the first to be charged with Ana's murder on May 25 before another juvenile male, also 13, was charged earlier this month.
He had previously been refused bail at the High Court on June 29.
The boy was remanded in custody at Dublin Children's Court today but is not expected to take up his bail for a number of days.
