Boston Celtics announce new partnership with Bushmills Irish whiskey

ICONIC IRISH whiskey brand Bushmills has announced an exciting new partnership with NBA franchise the Boston Celtics.

From now until the end of the 2023 season, the two institutions are set to come together in a celebration of sport, spirits and the Irish diaspora.

As part of Bushmills’ first ever partnership with an NBA team, the Irish whiskey brand will be toasting Bostonians with a series of special giveaways, fan experiences and so much more besides.

Throughout the season, fans will be encouraged to keep up with all things Bushmills via the @BushmillsUSA Instagram page.

Eager to celebrate the Celtics' special ties to the Irish-American community, the page will offer up changes to claim special prizes, memorabilia and other customer gifts.

Keen to give back to a community hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic, Bushmills is kicking things off with a special broadcast of local in-game TV sports created in honour of partnership on the Celtics’ regional sports network, NBC Sports Boston.

“Bushmills Irish Whiskey raises a glass to the city of Boston and 17-time World Champions Boston Celtics. This partnership is the perfect match for our two brands as we share a deep appreciation of tradition, and an unwavering sense of perseverance and passion,” says Mikes Keyes, president/CEO, Proximo Spirits
