THE BODY of a man in his 60s has been found following a full-scale search operation in the northwest of Ireland.
The search and rescue mission was launched off the north west coast of Ireland in Gweedore, Co Donegal earlier today.
The man was carrying out repairs on a bridge in the Clady River area in Gweedore when he fell from a bridge.

The body was located approximately 200 yards from the bridge at 2.40pm by divers, according to RTÉ.
A search operation involving divers from Sheephaven sub-aqua club, local gardaí and the local coast guard was carried out and ambulance crews are on the scene.
Sligo Rescue 118 helicopter was also been deployed following a call out at 11am this morning.
