A FERRY docked in Belfast that was bound for Liverpool had to be evacuated after a report a device had been placed on board.
The bomb scare happened on Saturday night, with police managing to safely evacuate all passengers.
The PSNI and Harbour Police then carried out a search of the ship.
Nothing was found and passengers were allowed to board the vessel again, which eventually departed for Liverpool.
