COMEDIAN Dara Ó Briain has responded to a news report which claimed he died after his car 'fell into a Dublin city ravine.'
The Irishman, who is currently on tour in Australia, was alerted to the MegaNews360 report by a fan on Twitter.
@daraobriain How'd ya manage this on the other side of the world? https://t.co/UcaJ6ijtWt #fakenews #bull

According to the article, Ó Briain 'died' after the vehicle in which he was travelling "fell into a ravine along the Patrick Street in Dublin City Centre."
The ludicrous piece also claimed the comedian was on his way home from "a showbiz [sic]" in Dublin with driver Mark Bean in a "Government vehicle" when the accident happened and the "Dublin Divisional Police" are investigating.
While the wool wasn't pulled over any fans' eyes, Dara Ó Briain responded brilliantly to his own death report.
Apparently I'm dead. Huge if true. Another victim of those ravines in the middle of Dublin City. We must fill them in before others die too! https://t.co/5O2dWVealF
