PEOPLE have reacted with anger after an Irish charity revealed four adorable puppies were left abandoned in a shopping bag.
The Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (DSPCA) shared pictures of the adorable puppies, which they believe are six weeks old.
The dogs were left in a shopping bag that was dumped in the garden of a derelict house in North County Dublin.
“They thankfully were discovered by a neighbour who took them inside and contacted our inspectors straight away,” said the charity.
They added that the pups are the latest of a staggering 800 animals the charity has already helped so far this year.
The DSPCA’s post about the puppies provoked an angry reaction at people upset at their treatment.
