LEE McLaughlin, a 19-year-old man from Inishown, Co Donegal, has been missing in Paris since midday yesterday, June 14.
Lee arrived in Paris on Sunday, June 12 for the EURO 2016 Ireland vs Sweden game with his father and another family member and was due to fly home yesterday.
According to an announcement by the Football Association of Ireland (FAI), he was last seen leaving the Ibis hotel in Montmartre on his own before midday yesterday.
A family member has posted on Facebook that Lee "doesn't drink and was last seen on CCTV buying a phone charger in Paris yesterday (June 14)".
Lee missed his flight and has not answered his phone since, which, according to his sister, Rosemarie Fedder, is out of character behaviour for him.
The Department of Foreign Affairs and the Irish Embassy in Ireland told The Irish Post they have no updates regarding his whereabouts but are providing the family with consular assistance.
John Delaney, CEO of the FAI, has said he has been in touch the McLaughlin family and is offering assistance in finding Lee.
The FAI is seeking the help from the Confederation of Republic of Ireland Supporters Clubs to find the missing fan.
