A YOUNG man has died and four people have been injured following a two car crash in the west of Ireland.
The 21 year old man died after the car he was driving was in collision with another car in Co. Galway.
The crash happened at Carrowmhuineagh, Dunmore at about 8.30pm last night, according to RTÉ.
A 21-year-old passenger in the car received minor injuries.
In the other car, the driver and two passengers, including a two-year-old child, also received minor injuries.
The road is closed and local diversions are in place.
