PASSENGERS en route to Dallas in the United States witnessed one woman be sucked toward a broken window after an explosion went off.
The engine of aircraft SWA 1380 exploded, causing the plane to make an emergency landing.
One passenger said the commotion that ensued was terrifying.
Marty Martinez, who was on board the flight said: "Everybody was going crazy, and yelling and screaming...
According to CNN, the passenger who died in the incident has not yet been identified.
