Irish fashionista and TV presenter Angela Scanlon backs Jeans for Genes campaign

THIS YEAR Jeans For Genes marks 20 years with the help of  Kate Moss, Colleen Rooney and Irish TV presenter Angela Scanlon.  The campaign see celebrities model their favourite denim paired with the new Jeans for Genes limited edition t-shirt. Jeans for Genes Day takes place on Friday September 18th 2015, in a bid to raise money and generate awareness for the national charity. It is estimated that 1 in 25 children is affected by a genetic disorder and 30,000 babies and children are newly diagnosed in the UK each year. Jeans for Genes was set up to ensure that children with genetic disorders continue to receive vital care and support. The limited edition t-shirt itself was designed by an arts student in a competition decided by by a fashion panel of judges including bloggers, fashion journalists and Coleen Rooney.  Available now at jeansforgenesday.org/shop, priced at £20.
