DUBLIN has had its mural of grime rapper Stormzy taken down by the city's council.
Following the exhibition of the mural carried out by Irish art collective Subset, Dublin City Council admitted the group had not looked for planning permission before carrying out their project.
While the council warned the collective that the mural would be removed, the group of artists only rebelled and painted another mural of Donald Trump, a symbol of oppression and artistic values stifled.

The mural has been gradually removed, however rather than painting another display of art, the city council have decided to simply paint the wall grey.
One person clearly unhappy with the removal of the mural has posted a sign where the grey wall now stands, calling the move by Dublin City Council "drab" and "lifeless".
