THE London Irish Vintage Club (LIVC) is calling for nominations of London Irish community heroes who have worked hard this year to help others during the Covid-19 crisis.
They have 30 Christmas hampers which have been sponsored by various London Irish businesses and supplied by youririshshop.com.
Now all they need are the worthy recipients to send them to.
The festive hampers will be delivered in early December“Do you know someone that should be recognised for their positive part in helping others in their community over the last 9 months?” they ask.
“We have 30 Irish Christmas Hampers for presentation to members of the London Irish Community who have volunteered, helped others over and beyond their call of duty during this pandemic - be it keyworker, careworker, volunteer, a neighbour or a friend,” they explain.
Nominations from the London Irish community must be emailed to [email protected] by 5pm on Friday, November 27.
Each nomination must include the name of the nominee, reason for their nomination and the contact details of the person making the nomination.
An independent panel will select the recipients from the nominations, and the hampers will be delivered (within the M25 area) in early December.
