AN Irish character has been added to cult favourite game Overwatch.
Created by games company Blizzard, the new character is Irish and called Moira O'Deorain, a genetic scientist.
For those of you who haven't heard of the game before, according to the website, "Overwatch is a multiplayer first-person shooter video game and is set on a near-future Earth.
"Every match is an intense multiplayer showdown pitting a diverse cast of heroes, mercenaries, scientists, adventurers, and oddities against each other in an epic, globe-spanning conflict."

Lead writer for Overwatch, Michael Chu, even admitted that new character Moira even has the ability to speak Irish. He took to Twitter to confirm that Moira would hopefully be lashing out a few tidbits of Gauilge in the game.
