How to make green ‘After-Eight’ cocktails

Ingredients

  • 35 ml vodka
  • 70ml Irish cream
  • 35ml mint liquor
  • Ice cubes
  • Chocolate to garnish

Method

  1. Fill the shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in vodka, Irish cream and mint liquor
  3. Shake well and pour into a martini glass.
  4. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and serve.
