Irish mountain looks simply beautiful in this video

CARRAUNTOOHIL, Ireland's largest mountain boasts the highest peak in Ireland.

The Kerry mountain was found dusted with snow this morning, and the sight looks like something off a Christmas card.

The video was uploaded to the Kerry Climbing Facebook page with the caption "Today's Carrauntoohil #webcam bringing you the first dusting of #snow this season!"

In the rest of the country, but it looks like the weather is about to get colder, with temperatures set to plummet to just 2 degrees. Met Eiréann even predicts that the eastern part of the country, residents will be able to see the first instance of the November frosts on Sunday night and Monday morning.

For Sunday 5th November, the forecast was declared "A mix of sunny spells and showers today. Some of the showers heavy and of hail this afternoon, with a slight risk of a thundery burst in Connacht and Ulster…Highest afternoon temperatures of seven to 10 degrees. Westerly winds moderate to fresh in strength but occasionally gusty."

"For Sunday night, weather was predicted as being “a cool, bright day with sunny spells. There’ll be some scattered showers, mainly over the northern half of the country.

"These will gradually die out during the afternoon. Highest temperatures of seven to 11 degrees with fresh northwest breezes decreasing moderate.

"Sunday night will be mainly dry with clear spells. Later in the night cloud will increase further west with rain and drizzle developing along northwest coasts towards morning."
