An Irish company is offering €1,500 a month to walk and look after dogs

IS THIS the best job ever?!

A Dublin-based company is looking for dog minders and walkers to look after pups in the city and are offering up to €1,500 a month for the right person!

HouseMyDog.com is a dog-sitting service which began in Dublin after being set up by dog-loving brothers James and Timothy McElroy and has since grown into Europe's biggest on-demand service for dog owners who need a helping hand with their pet.

The job listing says the company is "currently seeking qualified dog lovers to join the platform to mind and walk dogs" and describes the perfect candidate as "an animal lover with dog care experience", meaning you must have owned a dog or looked after someone else's dog before.

Any dog lover will tell you there's nothing like hanging out with a happy madra to make you feel better after a "ruff" day, so we're willing to bet there'll be high volume of applications for this role!

The company has three questions for people thinking of joining the platform:

Do you like hanging out with dogs?
Do you prefer to make your own schedule?
Do you like being greeted with cuddles every day?

If you answered yes to those three questions-- and let's be honest, who wouldn't?-- then you should apply to the job here.
