LAST NIGHT, thousands of people in Ireland settled in to watch one of the world's most iconic TV shows be brought back to life after 17 years.
Friends ran for 10 seasons and was, at one point, the most-watched sitcom in the world, drawing millions to its finale, and has since been watched over 100 billion times thanks to re-runs and streaming sites such as Netflix.
It's one of the world's most bingeable series, with the jokes never getting old no matter how many times you've seen it, and younger generations are still being introduced and watching it for the first time to this day.
Last night's eagerly anticipated Reunion show saw Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Courtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry reunite for the first time since the iconic finale episode, and while there was always a danger that people would be disappointed, having waited 17 years for this moment, it proved a massive success.
Bombshell revelations, never-before-seen clips, celebrity cameos and even tearful parts were abound in the show, hosted by James Corden, and there was one revelation in particular which left heads spinning and hearts breaking all over again.
Ross and Rachel, aka Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer, revealed they were both falling for each other during the early seasons of the show, meaning the chemistry between TV's most iconic will-they-won't-they characters was, in fact, real.
"The first season, I had a major crush on Jen," David Schwimmer said to cheers and gasps from the crowd, as Aniston added "It was reciprocated".

Tragically, the pair were true 'ships in the night', as neither were single at the same time, and their relationship never blossomed any further than on-and-off screen flirting and "cuddles on the couch" (Although this was jokingly disputed by Matt LeBlanc, who coughed 'Bullsh*t!').
"At some point we were both crushing hard on each other, but it was like two ships passing because one of us was always in a relationship," Schwimmer revealed. "And we never crossed that boundary."
Aniston recalled telling Schwimmer that it would be "such a bummer if the first time you and I actually kiss is going to be on national television" in the form of Ross and Rachel, and "sure enough, the first time we kissed was in that coffee shop".
She added that while she and Schwimmer never ended up together, despite both of them "crushing" on each together, they "channelled all of our adoration and love for each other into Ross and Rachel"-- no wonder it all seemed so real.
Fans have been left heartbroken and excited by the news-- in particular because both Aniston and Schwimmer are both reportedly single at the minute.
Forget Ross and Rachel, the biggest will-they-won't-they from Friends is Jennifer and David.
