A KERRYMAN'S cover of The Killers' hit song Mr Brightside at his friend's wake has become a viral hit - with the band themselves even tweeting about it.
Brian O'Sullivan stood up on the bar in Falvey's Bar in Killorglin, Co. Kerry, to speak about the late Ger Foley, who died after a lifetime living with cystic fibrosis.
The song, a favourite of the popular Mr Foley, is sang every New Year's Eve in the pub - and Mr O'Sullivan led the packed bar in a rendition of the song in memory of the father-of-two.
Mr Foley, who was married to Gráinne and dad to Isobel and Peter, passed away on Monday, March 21.

And it has attracted the attention of the Las Vegas band behind the song, with The Killers tweeting about it last night.
Brian O'Sullivan, if Brandon ever needs a fill-in, we're calling you! May we all have friends like this #farmersrule https://t.co/mENU0pGfHr
