AFTER a very hit and miss summer so far, the sun has finally emerged across Britain and Ireland.
Back in Ireland today the forecast is for very warm and mostly sunny weather with highest temperatures of 24 to 29 degrees. The warmest weather will be felt in the midlands and Connacht.
Across Britain, temperatures are set to soar too. Hot and humid weather is expected today and tonight with the possibility of thunderstorms for later. Temperatures are expected to reach up to 33 or 34 degrees in London.
And with forecasters warning the hot weather won't last too long, of course everyone at home is making the most of it...
