In Pictures... West London Irish Society dinner

THE 62nd annual West London Irish Society dinner took place earlier this month at the Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel.

Among this year’s guests were Irish Ambassador Dan Mulhall and his wife Greta and Jim O’Hara, Chairman of the Irish Cultural Centre and his wife Hazel.

The West London Irish Society was founded in 1953, with the aim of bringing people together and fostering social interaction. It actively supports individuals, charities, organisations and projects designed to improve the lives of people living within the West London Irish community.

Over the years, the West London Irish Society has presented many thousands of pounds to worthy causes. This year, Chairman Sean Fitzpatrick presented a cheque to the Irish Cultural Centre, which Jim O’Hara was delighted to accept.

Music on the night was provided by Barry Owen and his band and the evening was another great success.
