TWO members of Galway's famous three-in-a-row All Ireland winning football team of 1966 were honoured at a dinner in London on Saturday night.
Liam Sammon and Jimmy Duggan were the special guests at the annual Galway Association of London dinner which took place at the Clayton Crown hotel in Cricklewood.
The 50th anniversary of the historic moment in Galway sport was celebrated on the night, with the former players delighting the large gathering with their memories.
Entertainment on the night included a display of Irish dancing by the Kelly Academy and music from Barry Owen and the Main Attraction, who had the Galway exiles and their friends dancing the night away.
