THE Shamrock Shake has been given the green light at McDonald's stores across the Emerald Isle ahead of St Patrick's Day next month - and can now be delivered for the first time.
The iconic milkshake features a blend of vanilla soft serve ice-cream and special mint-flavoured Shamrock Shake syrup with whipped topping.
And for the very first time, Shamrock Shakes can be delivered to homes across Ireland thanks to the McDelivery service - which launched around the country back in November.
The shake is only available for a limited time until March 18, so fans of the festive flavour had better get sipping before it disappears again faster than St Patrick banished the snakes from Ireland.

"The Shamrock Shake from McDonald's Ireland is now in restaurants across Ireland to kick-start the St Patrick's Day celebrations.
