IRELAND’S FINEST takeaway restaurant has been revealed in news that’s sure to leave you salivating at the thought of fish and chips, pizza, spice bags and plenty more besides.
Mobile apps have made it even easier to tuck into the kind of grub that’s great for the taste buds but terrible for the waistline and there’s never been more choice for the fast food junkies among us.
Even so, it pays to be in the know when it comes to fast food because there are few things worse in life than a dodgy Chinese, some soggy chips or a kebab that’s more grease than meat.
With that in mind, the latest recipients of Just Eat’s National Takeaway Awards are well worth making a note of for anyone seeking super-fast sustenance on the Emerald Isle.
Having whittled it down from a selection of impressive eateries, the awards saw one outlet crowned the best takeaway in Ireland, with that particular honour going to Firehouse Pizza in Ballymun.
Elsewhere, the Bamboo Court in Letterkenny was named the best takeaway for a spice bag while Macari’s in Tallaght was named best chipper.
