IRISH singer Zena Donnelly joins X-Factor winner Matt Cardle on the line-up for this week’s Voice in a Million concert.
The event, being held in Wembley Arena on Wednesday, March 12, welcomes 15,000 people for a musical extravaganza aimed at raising awareness of children in care, fostering and adoption in Britain.
For 11-year-old Donnelly, a solo stint at the busy event marks another step in already impressive singing career – which included singing with Whitney Houston when she was just seven years old.
As she prepared for the event, Dublin-based Zena said: “I’m delighted to be singing solo in Wembley Arena at Voice in a Million and it’s very exciting for us all too to be sharing the stage with Mat Cardle. I really can’t wait now.”
A busy 2014 lies ahead for the young star, who recently won a lead role in the Irish film Céad Grá or First Love.
