FORMER Westlife star Kian Egan has released the video for his debut single Home, from the upcoming album of the same name.
The Voice of Ireland coach shared the video with his fans this week, which sees the 33-year-old without his fellow band members and instead with a group of musicians in a dark warehouse.
The single Home was written by Chris Daughtry of the American band Daughtry and was nominated for a Grammy when originally released.
Egan said: "I've always absolutely loved this song. It means so much to me to be able to perform it, and for it to be the first track from my solo album is an incredible privilege."
The album - to be released on March 17 - will contain tracks personal to the Sligo native, including a duet entitled I'll Run To You with his wife Jodi, who was previously in the pop group Girl Thing.
In addition, Egan has recorded his own personal versions of some of his favourite songs.
The father of one signed a record deal with Warner Music UK two months ago to release his debut album.
The record has been produced by Brian Rawling, who has also previously worked with One Direction and Kylie Minogue.
