The couple became man and wife in a secret ceremony according to reports.
Williams and Matthews tied the knot at the stunning Glen Affric estate in Scotland.
The bride wore a V-neck dress by designer friend Paul Costello and the groom wore a three-piece suit by Tony Lutwyche.
Matthews revealed he proposed to Vogue after a live performance of The Lion King earlier this year.
Reality TV star and socialite Matthews revealed the reasoning behind his choice of venue for the proposal.
"The engagement had to be special, and as our first trip away together was to Disneyland Paris, it felt like the perfect fit,” he said.
"The Lion King is also one of the greatest stories of all time, so I figured that having just had a romantic evening watching it, she'd probably say yes!"
The couple then aannounced they were expecting their first child together in March, with Williams saying she "couldn’t be more delighted".
I couldn’t be more delighted to announce that we are expecting our first baby! Being with you @spencermatthews is the best thing that has ever happened to me, you are the dream ❤️👶❤️ @hellomag pic.twitter.com/c5CvkhEUuW
