Video: Homeless Irishman blows crowds away in Leeds with his rendition of 'Summertime'

ON NEW Year's Eve, Leeds busker Jonny Walker was singing around the city as he usually does when he was approached by a homeless man.

Belfast native Bernard Davey asked the singer if he could join him for a rendition of the jazz classic 'Summertime'.

"As a busker, I spend a lot of time on the streets and had seen this man many times over the years, but didn't know he was singer, and, as the years had gone by, his health and wellbeing seemed to have worsened a great deal," said Mr Walker.

The pair's duet was caught on camera and has been viewed almost half a million times on Facebook already.
